Core Provision

Every child is entitled to receive 15 hours of free Nursery Education each week during term time starting in the term after their third birthday. We call this our Core Provision. As we are a Children’s Centre as well as a Nursery School we can provide this free core provision in a flexible way if the main pattern of five 3 hour morning or afternoon sessions does not meet your family’s needs.

2 Year Old Offer

The Government also provides funding to enable some 2 year old children to have access to 15 hours of free Nursery Education each week during term time. There are particular conditions attached to this and not all children qualify. Please contact the Centre for more information about this scheme.

Extended Provision

Our Extended Provision is for children from 3 months and is available for 50 weeks of the year. We charge for this provision and the costs are detailed on the Extended Provision Charges Sheet

 Resource Provision

We are also a Children’s Centre Plus which means that we have provision for children with special educational and/or complex health needs. We call this our Resource Provision and this is for children aged between 3 months and 5 years.

If you would like to put your name down on our waiting list for our nursery provision, please complete our Admission Form and return it to reception at the Centre along with your child’s birth certificate.

Daily Routines

We are open between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays and up to five training days each year. See Holiday Schedule for details
